What is quality assurance?
Quality assurance refers to the methods and techniques that are used in order to verify that a product or service meets a certain expectation.
Why is quality assurance important to me and my organization?
All successful companies have one trait in common; they all produce quality goods and services on a consistent basis. If you want to increase your profitability, then you must start by improving the quality of the products and services that you are selling to your customers.
We already perform internal audits. Why do we need you?
Most organizations conduct internal audits to monitor their processes. Some also participate in external audits as well. Internal and external audits can usually successfully locate inefficient systems and processes that need to be revamped. However, what happens when the root cause can not be easily determined? What do companies do when they have a systematic problem that they cannot solve?
When corrective actions are being received on a regular basis in any aspect of your business, and the root cause cannot be readily identified, then it is time to take serious action!
